Though I will say, despite how we did it with her, two rolls for an effect is typically considered inelegant (and actually for her it's for two effects: whether she throws someone, and then whether she wounds them). C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: Public Design Workshop
Yeah, I'd just keep it one roll 3 different results. 1-11, no effect, 12-17?, -1 def. & att., 18+?, -2 def. & att. Many d20 rolls have more than one result, just look at some of them for wording consistency. Don't think it needs bullet points so skip over those versions.

Thanks Bats!
I'm drawing a blank on who has a d20 power with multiple outcomes that does not use the bullet point break down though. Maybe we haven't done it that way before after all and as soon as 3 or more possible results exist the default set up is to use bullet points? |

Re: Public Design Workshop
I think it's at least largely accepted as a best practice to use the bullet list.

Re: Public Design Workshop
(I hope I have done that right!) Saw this figure and thought it would be good for The Octopus. Edit: It is Horrorclix outpatient. |

Bio: Victor Octavius was an Italian baron who was found ill with the plague. He was set to find a cure, so he held Henri Pym's wife captive for him to make a cure. Pym needed the blood of a "witchbreed" in order to make this cure. Norman Osborne told Pym about Peter Parker, also known as the spider. Previous attempts to cure Victor led to a mutation from an octopus. Victor grows tentacles and becomes more agressive in his needs. Pym draws blood from Peter to make this cure. When Pym finishes the serum, Victor believes that he is meant to be in this form and smashes the beaker against the ground. Victor is pent up fighting the Spider and does not notice the giant Henri Pym appearing from the sea. Pym tried to lick up the serum, not wanting it to go to waste, in doing that he made himself giant. Pym got his revenge and crushed Victor under his foot. |
