Intent was just moving on it's turn, however we need to word that. So things like Spidey Sense movement would get around it.

If Psionic blast moves them after they move on their turn next to it, the movement by Psionic blast is still happening on their turn.

Did you want it to be after moving, before attacking as the trigger?

Once we resolve the wording on TB and any pending update, we are good to close the books here. I'm gonna wait to call it though as I'm thinking it'll need an update.

Yea, I did not play it such that the TB movement triggered it again. That's definitely not intentional.

Added a "normal" clarifier to TB. Let me know if that fixes the juggling issue.

It does notably let stuff moving not-normally avoid the trigger, but, yeah, it stops the juggling. I don't mind that, like, Turtles could Stealth Leap up to it without trouble, though.

Maybe War Machine could help?

When an opponent's figure that was not within 4 clear sight spaces of War Machine prior to moving ends its movement within 4 clear sight spaces of War Machine, you may immediately roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 11 or higher, the figure receives 1 wound. Continue rolling for Auto Chain Gun until the figure is destroyed or you do not roll 11 or higher.

The problem there is that wouldn't keep activating if you choose to move once you're already within the aura and this one is intended to do that.
