I'm almost tempted to, but Figures are > DO's hands down. That's why I was checking if they required a Design Pass or not, and also because DO's wouldn't really need playtesting.

Not as much, but they would need it. They would also need attention in general and would have to go through the rest of the process, meaning they would still tie up resources.
But, I agree, figures are >>>> DO's, which is why we're not working on them in earnest yet, despite many conversations.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

lol. I'm surpised they haven't changed the Batmobile to the Batprius, because Batman needs to be eco-friendly too.
