HeroQuest

Not sure if this has been posted befrore, but Hasbro once produced a game called Heroquest. From what I know, it had mini figures and was a bit similar to herscape. here is what it came with:

Contents (US version)sorry it copy/pasted poorly)

31 Monster Figures
8 Orcs
6 Goblins
3 Fimir
4 Chaos Warriors
1 Chaos Warlock
1 Gargoyle
4 Skeletons
2 Zombies
2 Mummies
4 Hero Figures
Barbarian
Dwarf
Elf
Wizard

And my favorite...

15 Pieces of Furniture
2 Tables
1 Throne
1 Alchemist's Bench
3 Treasure Chests
1 Tomb
1 Sorcerer's Table
2 Bookcases
1 Torture Rack
1 Fireplace
1 Weapons Rack
1 Cupboard
Various Candlesticks, Bottles, Skulls and Rats
16 Open Doors
5 Closed Doors

Would it kill Hasbro to throw in a bench or something instead of the ubiquitus double-hexes?!?! Anyways, just wanteed to c what u guys think.

do the stuff from heroquest fit the dimenesions of Heroscape???

Maybe just use them , since they are already around.

I agree though, it will be fun when they start making more things like that. I think the castles is a big step in the right directions.

i have heroquest and the expansions. The furniture and stuff is almost to scale. but based on a Square system. so it works for HS but not perfect. The figures are slightly bigger than HS. But fit overall. Ask GB, he loves using HQ stuff for HS.

I also have heroquest and its expansions and loved the game about 10 years ago. It's one of the reasons I was willing to pick up heroscape without knowing much about it.

I use the skeletons for extra marro drones and I'll probably use the orcs for extra orcs. My figures aren't painted, however, so they don't look quite as cool as I'd like on the game board.

It actually didn't even occur to me to use the furniture and stuff in heroscape! Although I did consider having heroquest compaigns on heroscape boards...

i have heroquest as well, and i have painted most of my figures, they actually make kind of nice custom units...

i have a ton of skeletons and zombies from the expansion so i made a necro custom that can summon undead on a 19-20 roll that take a turn at the same time as the necromancer

i also have a ton of orcs but havent made any customs yet, i think there are already plenty of orcs right now, especially when compared to other hs races

Now that we can build a proper castle we need thrones, tables, traps, etc., to go in them.

No, honey. . . . That is NOT my dollhouse!
