Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

It seems to me like the terrain count in both the op and pdf are wrong. Someone with more time than me might want to figure out the specifics, but I do know for a fact that there aren't any 24 hex grass tiles in any of the required sets.

Special tiles count was correct. Standard tiles count has *now* been corrected and needs to be corrected on the PDF as well (@japes when you have a chance ).
