Sounds like this is what you guys are looking for and would be more comfortable with. I'm fine with going this direction. Unless anyone has anything to add I'll be replacing the OP write-up with this tomorrow.

FORCE OF ONE
When Iron Fist attacks an opponent's figure with his normal attack you may either:

• roll 3 additional attack dice, and while attacking he is considered to have the Super Strength ability
• roll attack dice as normal, and after attacking you may attack one additional time

STEALTH LEAP 12
Instead of his normal move, Iron Fist may Stealth Leap. Stealth Leap has a move of 3. When counting spaces for Iron Fist's Stealth Leap movement, ignore elevations. Iron Fist may leap over water without stopping, leap over figures without becoming engaged, and leap over obstacles such as ruins. Iron Fist may not leap more than 12 levels up or down in a single leap. When moving with Stealth Leap, Iron Fist will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

FOCUSED CHI
After taking a turn with Iron Fist, if you reveal the X Order Marker on his card, you may either remove 1 wound marker from this card, or add 1 to Iron Fist's move, attack and defense numbers for the remainder of the round.

OP updated. I think this guy looks like fun to play as a standalone hero. He'll also work well as a bodyguard for someone who can provide him with some OM flexibility like C3G Red Skull or maybe Hush.

I'll send him out to ERB.

If he's in a Loki army can he use Focused Chi twice? I'm guessing yes. That would be a nice pairing if so.

Hmm ... we might want clearer wording to help in such a situation (Loki putting two X-Markers on his card).
Maybe:

FOCUSED CHI
After taking a turn with Iron Fist, you may reveal an X Order Marker on his card and either remove 1 wound marker from this card, or add 1 to Iron Fist's move, attack and defense numbers for the remainder of the round.

This still wouldn't prevent him from using more than one X though, right?

I don't think it'd be an issue. I do think that wording "an X Order Marker" would only let you do one per turn, which would limit the overall effectiveness of the power combinations.
If we're really worried about it, we can always say "Once per round," but I'm not sure I am and the synergy seems fun.

Gotcha. He couldn't reveal more than once per turn, but could still reveal an additional X on the second turn.

Loki + Iron Fist does seem like a fun army core. Green Bay Packers colors all the way!

With Loki you have to put at least two OMs on Loki to even get the second X which means Iron Fist only gets 1 numbered marker and 2 X's or he only gets one X marker and 2 numbered markers.

You're right. The extra X works much better with passive/defensive powers like Psychic Defense X.
