Re: The Book of Krug
Ah yes, I forgot Deadeye Dan can't sharphooter once he's engaged. Never mind then, he's a bad idea.
So, according to the match-up calculator Ne-Gok-Sa is the only one that wins the majority of the time(albeit that could be a very long battle). Well, I'd say those Heroes I mentioned are the next best choice really. I've not seen any other heroes offered besides Atlaga, which he's not a bad choice either. Are there thoughts on any other heroes that would fair moderately well against Krug? |

Re: The Book of Krug
Back of the envelope says that Ulfrid will do somewhere between 5 and 6 wounds to Krug, on average, with GDSA. More than enough for some nearby Axegrinders to finish the job.

Re: The Book of Krug
So if I have 120 points to burn, who do I go with Krug or the Fen Hydra?

Depends on your army, and what it's most afraid of!

Re: The Book of Krug
I always go for life over defense, but the Hydra packs a nasty punch, as long as his health doesn't drop too fast. Krug bonds with orc archers though, something else to think about

Re: The Book of Krug
Both of them can be used with Ornak's Red Flag of Fury ability, which is kind of nice. Hydras do better with a screen to attack over so that they can't be engaged and have their heads reduced. Krug does better wading in and engaging as many units as possible.
