Whitestuff and Spidey have both expressed concerns that at 4 it would be too powerful.
I also wouldn't want that power unless the roll stayed at 4 (Necro and A3n seem to feel the same way).

It would absolutely be too powerful, and that roll would absolutely be changed during playtesting if not before. I am 100% against that power.

Before starting his flying movement, Human Torch may roll the 20-sided die once for one adjacent enemy figure. If you roll a 4 or higher, that figure receives one wound. Figures with the Lava Resistant special power are not affected by Flame On 4.

Too powerful dude, and the number 4 on the die roll IS going to change during playtesting, of that I am sure, because if we don't, his cost is going to seriously sky rocket, and I don't think anyone wants an event level Torch that you have to build an army around instead of with.

I don't think it's as powerful as you think it is ... it's a good way to kill one extra squaddie a turn if he's positioned right.
It's pretty easy to just disengage from him if you want to avoid it, and since he doesn't have stealth flying and has to fly in order to use the power, the more figures around him, the more reluctant he is to use this power and take all the leaving engagement attacks.
It's great if he can get in a whole pile of squads, but even then he risks not getting the rolls and then getting paid back by leaving engagement attacks. Against heroes, its return on investment is limited.

Ummm no. I think the one we playtest and work on is the one we decide on by a majority vote. Voting is still in progress, and once it is closed, whatever wins will/should move forward.
