 Seriously, come on now - they are going to be FORTY DOLLARS for 7 figures? In what universe is that a reasonable charge for PLASTIC? WalMart sells 6"+ well-painted Marvel action figures - WITH ARTICULATION - for like $7 each. BTW - has anyone seen any metal Predators? At the local mini/gameshop, there were multiple generic Predators that have one arm as a tentacle in a grab-bin for less than a quarter each....

Man I gotta get out of SoCal and Vermont and find those NorCal shops. The selection I've found where I live is abysmal and the figures here in Vermont are incredibly expensive =(

Here is the first sneak peek I have found of the pre-painted plastic Aliens and scenery.
 Many different poses and a victim. No Queen, so the Konami Queen is still the way to go.

Here is the official pricing on the Aliens set:
When you buy a brick of HorrorClix, you need to send in your 12 UPCs, the coupon, and your brick and mortar store receipt. You'll get, in return, the free Jack the Ripper figure plus two coupons. One coupon allows you to buy a Great Cthulhu for $85. The other coupon allows you to buy the AVP: Aliens set for $30 during a 30-day period. After that, it will be available direct from WizKids for $40 and at conventions. The Predator set will be the same way only it will be the first of the two coupons for The Lab. Well there goes my dream of getting the GREAT CTHULHU figure,
 I would be willing to buy the avp stuff but not until I saw a price more like $20. And again my chances of having the figures I want for Alien customs goes right out the window.  Oh well I'll just use some Marro customs, 
My mind is the Pink Zippo that sits on top of a pack of Camel Wides.

As I posted on the other thread, I am now thinking that the third set hinted at in the letter is the Queen. Unless they put the queen in with the Predators to get people to buy them.
And I hate the figs with scenery on the base. If these are mail order only... Why the fancy packaging? Just stick them in the box that they'll ship this box in and charge us $20.
