I am Honestly Surprised no one decide to make a thread like this. But I will take the wheel on this one. I woud like to get 4 Different groups of people

Designers- Helps design and Playtest. And have some have the voting power of 2.

You need more categories than that.

1. Ideas Team - the people who sit around and come up with a starting point
2. Concept artists - Draw or paint sketches of the figures.
3. Sculptors - Brings the figures to life, sort of.
4. Mold Casters/Painters - I people who produce the new figures.
5. Design Team - Come up with the stats, powers, and beginning cost.
6. Playtesters - Test the figures
7. Card Creators - Make the cards

I certainly have ideas--I have a thread there with some of my most recent ideas for a Wave.

But I don't have any resources for procuring/designing the figures and cards themselves, just the concept and working draft of powers/stats.

You'd need someone with some pretty good resources to get all of the later stuff for you.

I can help with ideas, I lack the artistry and know-how to do the other stuff. I've made a few customs in my day, but I don't have the time to be a playtester I'm afraid. I was also never able to get a good pic on the card.
