Here are some shots of four of the five maps we'll be using at our meet and greet in Little Rock on Sunday, September 16, from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. or so (maybe later, if I'm winning).

I look forward to this historic day in heroscape history: Biggest Arkansas Heroscape Event Ever! Woohoo. On a serious note, I hope im not the only beginner there or ill probably lose everytime. I havnt had much experience playing other people besides my brother and 2 friends (about 2 times each though). Im looking forward to just learning from all those who are going and finding out how to play the game well from some pros.

The first HS game I ever played was against RevDyer, and I won that game. I still remember my last figure Sir Denrick rolled 2 skulls and RevDyer's DK8000 rolled no shields to finish the game.
Besides, there'll be people who have never played the game before. So you are not the rookie.

We are VERY excited about the 16th! Parker and I will be there and William will be at his grandparents for the day.


I think we are going to bring the "Waters of Life" map from SotM. I liked that one because it could be a 2 player OR up to 4 player map.

I have made up some armies for the new players to choose. I've posted them here.
What do you think? Are they appropriate for new players? They can start from the Beginner level and then move up to higher levels if they want.

For that map I would use Drake to hold the glph or some hero with high life and just use the sides to fight. My squadies are scared of lava fields
