Okay, so I'm not sure if I should be posting these here, but I need some input as to how to price these guys. This is my first time trying to create a custom over ~200 points. These are for a friend of mine who's a huge fan of Godzilla and all his buddies... Or enemies... Also, if I really messed up the wording on a power, please let me know. Thanks!

CHAIN LIGHTNING SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 4+ Special. Attack 4.
Choose a figure to attack. You may also chose a second figure within 3 clear sight spaces of the targeted figure and a third figure within 2 clear sight spaces of the second figure to be affected by Chain Lightning Special Attack. Roll attack dice once for all figures. Each figure rolls defense dice seperately. Lightning Breath Special Attack does not affect destructable objects.
TIDAL WAVE
If Seagoris is on a water space, he rolls two additional attack dice. Seagoris does not have to stop his movement when entering a water space.
GALE FORCE WINDS
After moving, you may choose a small or medium or opponents figure within 4 clear sight spaces. Choose up to 2 empty same level or lower spaces in a straight line from the chosen figure and move that figure onto either of the chosen spaces. Figures affected by Force Push may not be moved closer to this figure. Figures moved by Gale Force Winds never take any leaving engagement attacks but will receive any falling damage that may apply.
This guy can control the weather. 'Nuff said.

BLINDING FLASH
After moving and before attacking, choose a figure within 6 clear sight spaces and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 13 or higher, you may remove one unrevealed order marker from the chosen figure's army card.
ENERGY BEAM SPECIAL ATTACK
Range Special. Attack 4.
Choose 8 spaces in a straight line from Zaragas. All figures on those spaces that are in line of sight are affected by Energy Beam Special Attack. Roll attack dice once for all affected figures. Each figure rolls defense dice separately.
ADAPTATION
Start the game with three Adaptation Markers on this army card. Whenever Zaragas receives one or more wounds from a special attack, you may place an Adaptation Marker on the attacking figure's army card. Zaragas is not affected by any special attacks from figures with an Adaptation Marker on their army card.
So this guy can adapt whenever he's hit by a weapon, making him impervious to that weapon. This is my newest idea for an adaptation power. Someone please tell me if it's too powerful, pointless, or needs different wording.
