After about 55 hours of not being around or voting, Spidey showed up and voted on one thing last night and disappeared again. Well this one has only been up 12 hours and playtesting is pretty crowded. I've definitely seen times where I'd support a Spidey policy in the past, but 12 hours feels a tad soon.

After becoming wheelchair bound, Babs trained heavily in martial arts and became a master with eskrima. Also, she uses her brains pretty well in physical confrontations. She's slow and has no range, but if you get within her reach - watch out!

Looks good, thank you! And, no, auto skulls don't count as "skulls rolled" because, quite simply, you're not rolling them. So Birds of Prey synergy denied, unfortunately. Still, it's not like Oracle and Canary don't work well together as is.

Pass. Yup, this Oracle does pretty much everything I expected (although I was expecting an extra attack die bonus vs. auto skull. Yikes!) I will say I was surprised by her base stats, but in reading up on the character a little I guess 4 attack is okay.

Pass.

- BONDING TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing Bonding abilities to make sure there are no continual Bonding possibilities that do not stop appropriately or do not stop at all. This is to prevent loops in Bonding.

- SYNERGIES TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing synergies to make sure there are no factors that could break the game by making any unit to powerful or too weak.
Pass. Oracle + Bullseye on height is pretty scary, though. Also, minor question. Do Autoskulls count when figuring powers that say "at least X skulls are rolled"? It would be kind of cool if Oracle helped Black Canary more consistently get Fists of Fury.

- POWER CHECK/ Consider the test unit and all existing units and all glyphs to compare to and check for any powers that could be over amplified and break the game. Each power must define when it takes place, who or what it affects, and What are the stipulations on the power if there are any.

- FUN TEST/ Consider whether or not the design was fun to play.
Pass. Autoskulls are always fun.

Loki + Joker + Oracle can be a frustrating Army to play against, but it requires quite a bit of OM management, and lacks a lot of punch if any component goes down, so it's probably Ok. Pass.

- DRAFTING TEST/ Consider whether or not this design is worth drafting.
Heck yes.

- USAGE TEST/ Consider whether or not all of the powers on this card were used or at least usable.
Pass.

- Does it pass, Yes or No? Pass
- What should be the unit's point value? Wow. This team really put the beatdown on the F4. This may be because Reed got quite a few bad Fantastic Leader rolls, and Johnny got shot down pretty fast. Still, Oracle was a big boon for cracking the team's boosted defense. She might have performed around 140 here.
- Give a brief overview. F4 got pwned. Hulk or Bullseye + Autoskulls are nasty. Reed was forced to tie them down, to try to hold on to Sue (the defense bonus was probably the only way his team would hold), so he took a lot of heat.

Units: Oracle, Bullseye, Hulk (Hasbro), Hush, Beat Cops x1, Bodyguards x3 (995) vs. Fantastic 4 (1000)

Spoiler Alert!

Round 1: Hush chooses Reed for his Vendetta. Initiative F4.
Reed and Sue move forward. Bullseye moves up and misses a shot on Reed. Reed gets a bad Leader roll and moves forward. Bulleye takes a Secret Plan boosted shot at Reed, but misses. Reed and Sue attack Bullseye to no effect. Hush surrounds Reed with Bodyguards and takes a shot at him, but misses.

Round 2: Inititiative F4.
Reed and Johnny attack Bullseye to no effect. Hulk superleaps at Sue to no effect. Reed gets a bad Leader roll, and Stretch Walks to tie down Hulk. Hush surrounds Johnny with Bodyguards, and utilizes a Secret Attack Plan to shoot at him from height, dealing him 3 wounds. Sue backs away from Hulk, and her and Reed put a wound on him. Bullseye attacks Johnny to no effect.

Round 3: Initiative Oracle.
Bullseye utilizes a Secret Attack Plan to finish off Johnny. Thing and Reed put 2 more wounds on Hulk. HULK SMASH! Reed for 2 wounds. F4 brings Hulk to 6 wounds. HULK SMASH! Reed out of existence, taking his Team's final turn.

Round 4: Initiative Oracle.
HULK SMASH! Sue for 3 wounds. Thing puts Hulk down. Hush surrounds Thing with Bodyguards and uses a Secret Attack Plan to put 3 wounds on him. Thing pummels a Bodyguard. Bullseye fires at Thing and misses. Thing fails to knock out another Bodyguard.

Round 5: Initiative Oracle.
Bullseye makes a Secret Attack with his Deadly Aim and just breaks Thing's 10 defense, taking F4's next 2 OM's. Hush moves in and attacks Sue, but fails to break her defense. On his 2nd attempt, though, he breaks through and gets a Surgical Strike that brings her down.

Summary: Oracle wins with no wounds on her, Hush, or Bullseye, and 2 Bodyguards and 3 Beat Cops remaining.

- What should be the unit's point value? 120 was fine here.
- Give a brief overview. So here's the setup... OMs 1 & 2 (and an X if you perceive a Teleport need) on Loki, OM 3 on Joker, 2 X's on Oracle. +6 to initiative (the neat thing about Loki's extra X is that if you lose it, it doesn't come off until after rolling for initiative), screw with your opponent's tactics, and Loki hits with 6 attack dice + autoskull and Joker tells bad jokes for cleanup. Pretty cool, huh? Unfortunately, it wasn't incredibly effective vs. respawning Doom.

Units: Oracle, Loki, Joker, Beat Cops x1 (795) vs. Doom (C3G), Doombots x4, Civilians x1 (800)

Spoiler Alert!

Round 1: Initiative Oracle. Joker moves 2 OMs (1&3) to a Doombot. Loki rolls a 4 for GoM, and Oracle loses her X Order Marker.
Loki moves, then Teleports towards the enemy startzone. A Doombot cuts him off and gives him a wound. Loki smashes him to bits in one attack, taking OM 3 with him. Doom gives Loki another wound. Joker moves forward.

Round 2: Initiative Oracle. Joker moves OMs 2&3 from Doom to the civvies.
Loki makes a big Secret Attack on Doom, putting 5 wounds on him. Doom misses a shot on Loki. Loki makes another Secret attack on Doom, but it turns out was a Doombot. Civvies actually put 3 wounds on Loki. Joker moves up and tries to tell the civvies some bad jokes, but fails. Civvies attack Loki to no effect.

Round 3: Initiative Oracle. Joker moves OMs 2&3 to a Doombot.
Loki kills a civvie and Teleports next to a Doombot. Doom gives Loki a 6th wound. Loki makes a secret attack on the Doombot, but fails to make it through his defense. The Doombot cuts Loki down. Joker jokes the civvies all to death. The Doombot fails a shot on Joker.

Round 4: Initiative Oracle (Doom rolled a 20, but Oracle rolled a 17 with 2 OMs on her card). Joker moves OMs 1 & X to the Doombot's card.
Joker makes a Secret Attack on the Doombot, giving him 1 wound. The Doombot fails his attack on Joker. Joker jokes the Doombot to death, but fails to harm doom. Doom gives Joker 2 wounds. Babs chooses not to move with her OM. Doom fails to break Joker's defense.

Round 5: Initiative Oracle (win via Tactical Surveillance again). Joker moves OMs 1 &2 to the Doombot.
Joker makes a secret attack on Doom, but fails to hit him. The Doombot brings Joker to 5 wounds. Joker fails a killing joke. The Doombot kills Joker. Doom moves forward.

Round 6: Initiative Doom.
Doom fires at Oracle, but hits a Beat Cop instead. Beat Cops fire back to no effect. Doom kills a beat cop, then drains the last to heal completely. Oracle rushes Doom with a contingency plan, and a secret attack plan, giving him 2 wounds. Doom fails a shot at Oracle. Oracle gives him 3 more wounds.

Round 7 on: Initiative Oracle.
Oracle gets Doom with a Secret Attack Plan, but it turns out he was a Doombot. Doom moves in and kites Oracle to death.

Summary: Doom wins with 1 wound.

- What should be the unit's point value? 120 may be a tad overpriced, but I can see how that SECRET ATTACK PLAN is very useful, and Oracle can hold her own fairly well in actual combat. I am thinking 100 may be better for her though honestly.

Units: Oracle, Black Canary, Huntress, and Robin - VS - Joker, Harley Quinn, Scarecrow, and Riddler.

Spoiler Alert!

1. Joker organizes two orders off of Black Canary and onto Oracle then Riddler loses his Riddle.
2. Oracle moves towards the bridge.
   
3. Scarecrow and Harley take to the streets as Scarecrow throws the fear canister.
4. Huntress jumps up on the manhole cover and fails her attack on Scarecrow while Robin moves towards the bridge.
5. Joker moves up to the street curb and Harley bombs the bridge putting two wounds on Oracle and missing Robin and Huntress. The bomb took out order number 3 from Oracle.
6. Lost turn on Oracle.
   

1. Joker organizes two orders off of BC and onto Oracle then Riddler loses his Riddle.... again and again.
2. Oracle moves away from the oncoming fight.
3. Scarcrow engages and gasses Huntress but fails his attack then Harley tries to destroy the Manhole Huntress is on but fails.
4. Huntress is crippled with terror and can't move.
5. Scarecrow puts two wounds on Huntress and Harley puts 1 on her.
6. Oracle rolls off of the lower part of a bridge and onto the hood of the Batmobile and uses her SECRET ATTACK PLAN on herself to put a wound on Scarecrow.

1. Joker organizes two orders off of BC and onto Oracle then Riddler riddles them all successfully and moves up.
2. Oracle still has height on Scarecrow and she also has that X again, so she attacks with no Fear gas affects and puts a single wound on Scarecrow.
3. Scarecrow drops the fear on the bridge and fails his attack against Huntress and Harley fails her attack against the Manhole.
4. Black Canary punches Scarecrow and puts him in critical condition, but Robin could not respond due to his crippling fear affects.
5. Again, Scarecrow fails his attack on Huntress as Harley fails hers on the Manhole.

1. BC get the attack plan from Oracle and crushes Scarecrow, then Robin swings over the bridge and throws a Batarang into the Riddler's face for 3 wounds!
2. Scarecrow lost his turn.
3. BC attacks Harley and Harley leaps around avoiding the attack, then Robin jumps up on a Fire Truck and fails his attack on Riddler.
4. Joker shoots Robin for one wound, the Harley finally destroys the Manhole.
5. BC fails her attack on Harley but Robin kills Riddler.
6. Joker pulls off 3 successful "wanna hear another" attacks and kills Robin who also had height, then Harley killed the badly wounded Huntress.

1. Joker organized two orders off of BC onto Oracle. Joker tried to tommy gun Oracle but failed then Harley engaged Oracle and put one wound on her putting her now in critical condition.
2. BC engaged Joker and with the attack plan put 3 wounds on him, then 2 wounds on him, then death. The SECRET ATTACK PLAN was only used on the first attack per the rules of the power.
3. Joker lost his turn.
4. Oracle put two wounds on Harley.
5. Joker lost his turn.
   
6. Oracle missed Harley and Harley jumped away on the bridge.
   

1. Harley engages and kills Oracle.
2. BC engages and puts one wound on Harley.
3. Harley misses.
4. BC misses.
5. Harley misses.
6. BC misses.

1. BC misses.
2. Harley misses.
3. BC misses.
4. Harley hits BC for one wound.

- What should be the unit's point value? 120.
- Give a brief overview. I got a lot of power out of Oracle early on, and even though she died, for her to be killed the opponent had to give up height and placement to do so, which gave her even more value. This team had a lot of synergy or just smart complimenting powers, but to use effectively it required a lot of Order Marker management.
Map: Custom.
Units: Oracle, Loki, Green Lantern: John Stewart, and S.H.I.E.L.D. Snipers x3 - VS - Superman II, Green Lantern: Hal Jordan, and Batman.

Spoiler Alert!

1. John took 3 Snipers with him to the nearest bridge.
2. Hal flew up onto a building and shot a Sniper but John defended it with a shield.
3. Loki moved up next to a Sniper.
4. Superman engages Loki and attacks him for 5 skulls. Loki takes 3 wounds and with God of Mischief, puts all 3 of them on Superman.
5. A Sniper gets the Attack Plan and rolls 4 skulls on Superman giving the Man of Steel 1 wound.
6. Batman runs down the street and throws Batarangs up at 2 Snipers and John Stewart but fails each attack.

1. Superman (the strongest defense player) goes in head first by safely leaving engagement with Loki and engaging Oracle down below for a Huge ATTACK of 4 skulls, then she blocked 3 and took only one wound!
2. The Sniper up above got two X's from Oracle's SECRET ATTACK, and had height advantage on Superman and attacked for 6 skulls, so Superman took 3 wounds, now in critical.
   
3. Superman crushed Oracle.
4. Loki engaged Superman and missed his attack.
5. Superman smacks Loki for two wounds then one more for knockback.
6. Loki hits Superman for 5 skulls but Superman blocks it. However, Superman is knocked back 3 spaces.

1. Sniper shoots Superman for 4 skulls but Superman blocks them.
2. Superman engages a Sniper on the bridge and kills it as John Stewart just looks away and pretends he didn't notice. LOL
3. Loki engages Superman and attacks for 5 skulls again but Superman blocks.
   
4. Superman uses his Super Breath to blow the two Snipers away from John Stewart killing one, John down, and Loki down.
   
5. Loki engages Superman again but fails... again.
6. Hal Jordan engaged Loki and attacked using his Fearless Charge twice, but once he did finally get one wound in, Loki used his God of Mischief to put it on Superman for the kill instead.
   

1. John moves up and attacks Batman from height but Batman uses his Evasive Strike to put one wound on John.
2. Hal puts 2 wounds on Loki.
3. John flies away putting the last Sniper on height.
4. Hal kills Loki with a fearless charge.
5. The Sniper puts 2 wounds on Batman.
6. Hal engages John and forces John to use a battery to defend against a 6 skull attack, so Hal takes 1 wound.

1. Batman moves under a bridge and into the shadows out of the Sniper's sight.
   
2. The Sniper attacks Hal forcing him to use a battery to block his 6 skull attack from height.
   
3. Hal attacks John again for 5 skulls and forces him to burn a battery to block the attack, so Hal takes a wound.
4. The Sniper hit Hal for 2 wounds.
5. Hal fearlessly charges twice and kills John Stewart.
   
6. John lost a turn.

1. Hal kills the Sniper.

Who won and how many wounds did they have? Hal Jordan and Batman win with 3 wounds on Hal and 2 wounds on Batman.

I think 120 is workable, but I do think that is the high end. I got a lot of value out of her honestly, but she does have the potential to drop dead real quick.

I was nervous to put her at 110 because she really blew it up in some of my tests, but if you feel 120 is too high, I can go with 110.
100 is just too low, IMO, for a figure you can impact the game greatly while she's in the very back of the startzone.
I propose we move Oracle to Final Editing at 110 points.
