I don't think so. The +1 applies to any other figure you control that meets the criteria.

I disagree. A Hero is a Creature correct? Where a PW is not.

The Hero gets the bonus and the PW does not.

Adding that one to my Ruiner build.

I would agree with you.

Creatures you control (ALL OF THEM) get +1atk while attacking figures engaged with enchanted figure

Enchanted figure is a 'Creature' if it's on the ruiner, therefore he satisfies the 'creatures you control' condition, and gets the buff
