I generally find that Ubu or Talia al Ghul make for nice, cheap options for Masahiro to vent his frustration on.

A question about his Ruthless Command. If he issues a command at the start of the round and gets killed before the end of that round, do you still get to use the bonus attack die after he gets killed and do you still have to destroy a hero if you fail to destroy the targeted figure by the end of the round? Generally once a figure is killed his powers stop working, but here the command is given at the start of the round and last the whole round with a cost coming into play at the end of the round, so I wasn't sure what the intent was.

The way I read it "for the round" it seems as if the bonus stands.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

As I read it, the bonus would work all round even if he were destroyed, but you wouldn't have to destroy another Hero if Masahiro were destroyed at the end of the round. Don't know that that was the intent, but it would give you the option of backstabbing Masahiro to avoid taking out a more valuable figure, which is kinda neat.

Okay, that sounds like a fair assessment. Bonus lasts for the whole round but if Masahiro gets taken out before the round ends he's not there to kill someone for not completing the task he set for them.

Yup! I think Masahiro is an underrated lynchpin, and now with Shredder you could get double bonus with adjacent attacks.

Does "at the start of each round" come before or after placing OMs? Maybe we should specify. If I see this guy gunning for a certain hero, I might put the markers elsewhere. So it could matter.

Yeah, I'd read it that way also. Round starts after Order Markers are placed and initiative is rolled.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
