That's awesome! If y'all need a small increase in word limit, I will do it ONCE. and it will be small, an extra few hundred maybe. I have a lot on my plate right now. That depends on how good you are lol. Writing is very hard to get into. I recommend building up a portfolio part-time while doing something else. Personally I think I’m going to do this myself. Build portfolio while selling mortgages or doing landscaping or something then go full-time freelance sometime next year...maybe. It’s different every week lol.

It is highly unlikely at this point that I will be submitting anything. I am only now getting over a week-long battle with the flu, and the majority of April is gone for me. Not to mention I'm feeling no interest in writing Raelin's love story (probably because I already did so and cannot possibly surpass it in an entry), and I need to keep working on HiS.

~EL who completely blanked out for a month. I got like two jobs, 1 full 1 part, and it requires like 60h/w soooo, take however much time you need but we should probably move things along by mid-may at the latest.

In case you didn't notice yet, I hit another roadblock and am overdue for my entry. I may have to restart from scratch. I'd suggest moving on with another prompt from whoever, but if we don't got any interest from folks in that regard I can continue working on it and get it in eventually, albeit with no current ETA.

I am personally up for another prompt, but that is purely because I have nothing to offer for this one. I can do either option. If there is no new prompt, it will just make my fan fiction writing go faster.

I have an idea for a Prompt, but I'd only want to do it if I know for certain we'll get a competition out of it because I do really like it.

@Elven Lord since the Judge rarely does anything but wait during the competition, I could also continue trying to get out my entry while the others work on their stuff. That way you still get that story you want.

Getting a competition depends entirely on the prompt. What did you have in mind?

Okay, here's my idea:

Spoiler Alert!

Write a sequel to an Entry previously submitted in the Fan Fiction Competition. It doesn't have to have won or even necessarily have been completed, as long as it was submitted. But there is one condition: the chosen Entry must be one that you didn't write.

Can you both continue the story and characterization of the first in a satisfying way and emulate the style of the original writer?

Could be really interesting both story and writing-wise. And it could be interesting to revisit some of the older Entries and their original prompts. What do you think?
