Some wording streamlining:

THE POWER COSMIC
Before rolling attack or defense dice for Air-Walker, you may remove any number of unrevealed Order Markers from this card and add that number of skulls or shields to your roll.

BOW OF GABRIEL
Once a round, instead of attacking, you may choose a space within 7 spaces of Air-Walker. Roll the 20 sided die against each figure on or within 1 space of the chosen space, one at a time. You may remove an unrevealed Order Marker from this card to add 2 to a roll. If you roll 8 or higher, the figure on that space receives a wound and you may place it on any empty space 1 space away from its current placement. Figures moved this way will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

DARK TIDE
After using the Bow of Gabriel special power, for each wound you inflicted with it, you may remove an unoccupied terrain piece within 7 spaces of Air-Walker that is a single, double or triple-hex land space from the game. If a piece is removed and you control a figure named Galactus you may remove a wound from that figure for each piece removed.

May be worth considering lowering the roll to 7 or higher, since he's got the range of 7's. Not sure testing wise if he can afford it, just a suggestion.

Could probably be workable if you change the OM boost to +1 as part of that. I had the same thought. He didn't miss many rolls in general in tests I was part of, since 8+ is already fairly low.

I think that's a fair trade off that wouldn't require another test. I'll update the SP
