I believe we are just waiting for A3n to run the initial.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

I have to get up the energy to play any game against myself. I don't mind playing games solo if there is a mechanic that means I don't have to play as a player on both sides. Sadly not the case with HS.

I will get there though.

I can't talk. I'm the slowest tester on the boards.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Wikipedia has him down as having a jet pack that functions in and out of water and of being of enhanced strength that his suit enhances further (to the point where he can throw a car with ease). So both seem thematically appropriate (though a "jet pack" power would probably make that theme clearer than flying).
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

OK, starting tests now. @A3n , do you want him to come in around 250? Because right now I think he is much more than that with an attack of 5, range of 4, and concussive energy beams reducing defense by 2 (and pretty much ensuring Black Manta gets height). I did a quick 1 on 1 with Sub-Mariner and it was a blowout.

Also, I'm wondering if all that text will fit on a card.
