The figure used for this unit is from the Pathfinder: Rusty Dragon Inn set. The name of the figures used is Orc Rider on Dire Wolf.

This figure fits on a double-spaced base.

Character Bio: Gothlok rides onto the battlefield, armed with a formidable sword and the flag of his general. His arrival is enough to turn the tide of a battle, and the terrible blows he strikes are only part of why he is so feared. Look on the forces of Valkrill, ye mighty, and despair.

VALKRILL CHARGE
If Gothlok begins his turn unengaged, after moving and before attacking you may roll 12 Valkrill Valkyrie Dice. For each Valkrill symbol rolled, add 1 to Gothlok's attack this turn.

AURA OF DESPAIR
All figures within 4 clear sight spaces of Gothlok roll 1 less defense die. Figures that follow Valkrill are not affected by Aura of Despair.

This guy looks savage! I probably missed the conversation somewhere about how you go about putting the Valkrill symbol on his flag?

At some point I will have to buy this figure. Anyone selling spares?

We "cheated" to get the symbol on the flag. It was done digitally. I don't know that anybody has tried getting the symbol painted on the flag.

On another note, if anybody wants Valkrill Dice, I put these together as an affordable option: http://thegamecrafter.com/games/valkrill-dice. It's $7.99 for a set of 12.

Not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but definitely usable for you completionists out there.

Could someone put together a printable Valkril 'sticker', one where you could paint over the symbol on the flag an glue the symbol on?

The sticker way would be the way to do it, I think.

I don't have the miniature, but it looks like the flag has some texture to it, which might make that harder.
