Maybe something like this for Attorney Client Privilege..?

At the start of the game you may choose one Unique Hero you control to be Matt Murdock's Client. After revealing an order marker on the Client, you may take a turn with Matt during which he cannot attack. If the Client would roll defense dice against a normal, adjacent attack, you may move Matt up to 3 spaces. Matt must end this move adjacent to the client. If Matt is adjacent to the attacking figure he may roll defense dice and receive wounds instead of the client and each blank rolled causes a wound on the attacking figure.

For the entire game, After revealing an Order Marker on the Army Card of his Client’s card and before taking a turn with that Hero, you may take an immediate turn with a move this Matt Murdock figure up to 4 spaces and roll 1 unblockable attack die against any figure engaged with this figure and his Client. you control and you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control other than his Client.

NEGOTIATION
Before moving, you may choose one Unique Hero adjacent to Matt Murdock and remove one unrevealed Order Marker at random from the chosen figure's Army Card. Negotiation cannot be used against figures with the Insane personality and can only be used once per round. Matt Murdock cannot attack the chosen figure on the same turn that he uses Negotiation.

Turning an Attorney Client Privilege move into a Negotiation is nasty.

Looks like the closest is Detective Montoya's Criminal Negotiation. Question has Master Detective, Rorschach/Slam Bradley have Shakedown. Looks like every other Human with OM stuff has to inflict a wound for it or some other requirement.

With the modifications, I don't think Negotiation could be used as part of Attorney Client Privilege as it is no longer a full turn. At least that is my intent. It would close the loop on the whole "two negotiations on one OM" problem.

Unless I'm reading Negotiation wrong and you believe it's still possible. I find the last sentence of Negotiation to imply that he must take a full turn to use it.

Intent was probably before moving on your turn, but the power doesn’t say it. I guess we could say it’s a turn phase (“before moving”). Otherwise Martian Manhunter (I) with a Negotiation team is super broken.
