Cool. He will be the go to for taking down urban city maps. He can wipe out an entire map in a few turns.
Do we have rules in place for when he destroys the Ruined Warehouse? Would figures on top take falling damage? What about figures standing under the platform? What happens when figures above them have that platform destroyed?

Hmm, solid question. DO's cover what happens when they're destroyed, but obstacles do not. And Galactus would eat the figure instead of the obstacle if a figure were on top of an obstacle.

Are there any that figures could stand on?
The official Warehouse Ruin can be occupied and is an obstacle, not a DO (only the wall section is breakable). We have a card that makes the rest of the ruin a DO, but it's optional.

Warehouse. Has two elevated hexes with hexes below (I am pretty sure, been awhile since I used one). So if two figures are above and two figures are directly below, what happens when the Warehouse is destroyed?

Yes. The roofs might be DOs and maybe even the walls (though I'm against having to take them apart and put them back together all the time) but the houses themselves will be obstacles as a default.
