These need a lil help
My bro's friend just made some customs for the first time and they need some tweeking so any help would be appreciated.
Aragon Jandar Human Unique Hero Swordsmaster Disciplined Medium 5 5 life 5 move 1 range 3 attack 4 defense 120 points orc slayer: When battling with an orc add an additional 1 attack and defense dice to your roll Melee attack 2: When attacking adjacent fig. add 2 dice to your attack ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Legolas Ullar Elf Unique Hero Archer Precise Medium 5 4 life 6 move 9 range 2 attack 3 defense 110 points Orc slayer: the same as above Accuracyretty much tough but for attack ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Frodo Jandar Hobbit Unique hero Ring Bearer Valient Small 3 6 life 3 move 1 range 2 attack 3 defense Stinger- If frodo has a turn maker on his card and any opponent has a turn maker on an orc squad or hero your opponent must show the turn maker on that card. He could try doing them like when I did my own LOTR customs.
LOTR Heroscape figures Balrog: A: 4 D: 5 R: 1 M: 5 3 LIVES POINTS: 180 SPECIES: Balrog, unique hero, beast, ferocious, huge: 8 Specials: fire whip 2: when killed choose one hero two spaces away from Balrog and roll the d-20 (1-9 safe, 10-15 one wound, 16-20 dead) Cave troll: A: 4 D: 7 R: 1(4 attack) R: 2(2 attack) M: 4 lives: 3 points: 180 Species: troll, unique hero, beast, dull, huge 10. Orc leadership. (All Orc species adjacent to the cave troll add one attack and one defense. Rancor: A: 3 D: 4 R: 1 M: 5 L: 2 points: 150 Species: Rancor, unique hero, beast, brainless, large 7 Chomp (read Grimnak’s card.) Uruk-Hai: A: 3 D: 2 R: 1 M: 6 points 90 Species: Uruk-Hai, common squad, soldiers, disciplined, medium 5 Berserker charge (read Viking card) Ring wraiths: A: 4 D: 3 R: 1 M: 5 points 110 Species unknown, unique squad, wraiths, silent, medium 6 Poison blade-when attacking a hero with the Ring wraiths roll the D-20(1-10 safe, 11-17 effect lasts for one turn, 18-20 effect lasts for three turns) every turn for determined amount roll one attack die for a wound. Surrounding kill (instead of a normal attack if all Elf soldiers are surrounding the same target you may attack with a strong attack of 5) General Yovin-A: 7(adjacent) A: 5(range) D: 5 R: 6 M: 7 L: 6 Free Stats-Elf, Ultra unique hero, master, wise, medium 6 Abilities: Zatova Bonding-Before moving, take a turn with Zatova. Zatova ride-when riding (being carried by) Zatova, add 2 move to Zatova’s move. Zatova bonding- if Zatova is killed roll the D-20 if you roll a 1-10 nothing happens, 11-15 add one wound to General Yovin, 16-20 Yovin dies. General Kraft- A: 6 D: 6 R: 4 M: 5 L: 6 Free Stats- Kyrie, ultra unique hero, general, valiant, medium 6 Abilities: counter strike, speed strike (instead of having a normal move you may rush to attack a chosen target up to 8 spaces away when you attack the target you may not move anymore during this turn or the next turn) Zatova- A: 5 D: 6 R: 2 M: 8 L: 6 P: free Stats-Dragon, Ultra unique hero, companion, disciplined, huge 8. Abilities: Yovin carry-when adjacent to Yovin, take your normal move (+2 for Yovin’s, “Zatova ride”.) then place him adjacent to Zatova. Flying Destiny bond (Yovin) Build flame-If Zatova has not attacked last turn, he can shoot a line of fire (like Mimring’s “fire line special” but with 7 range). Gimli- A: 4 D:4 R: 3 M: 5 L: 4 P: 110 Stats- Dwarf, unique hero, axes man, stubborn, small 3. Orc killer (when attacking an Orc adds 2 to this figures attack) Throw if Gimli is adjacent to a large or huge figures the figure may throw Gimli up to 12 high or 6 far if there is a figure on the space Gimli may attack it in midair if Gimli’s attack fails you may place him adjacent to the target figure. When Gimli is in midair add two to Gimli’s attack roll. Boromir- A: 5 D: 3 R: 1 M: 5 L: 4 P: 100 Orc killer (when attacking an Orc adds 2 to this figures attack) Horn of Gondor- instead of attacking you may summon any member of the fellowship to be adjacent to Boromir if you roll a 1-12 nothing happens 13-20 this effect works. Stats- human, unique hero, swordsman, valiant, medium 5 Gandalf- A: 3 D: 4 R: 5 L: 6 M: 5 P: 120 Stats- wizard, unique hero, mage, wise, medium 5 Orc killer (when attacking an Orc adds 2 to this figures attack) Fellowship increase 1 all members of the fellowship you control add 1 to their attack and defense roll. Frodo- A: 2 D: 3 R: 1 L: 6 M: 6 P: 100 Stats- Hobbit, unique hero, ring bearer, brave, small 3 Orc killer (when attacking an Orc adds 2 to this figures attack) Fellowship defense increase 1. If Frodo is adjacent to a member of the fellowship add I to his defense roll. Giant defense 3.if Frodo gets attacked by a large or huge figure adds 2 to his defense. Hobbits (Merry, Sam, and Pippin) A: 2 D: 3 R: 4 M: 4 L: 2 P: 100 Stats- hobbits, unique squad, many purpose, brave, small 3 Orc killer (when attacking an Orc adds 2 to this figures attack) Giant killer. (Refer to the card of sir Denrick) |

okay. for Aragon. His attack is 3, and his range is one. With 1 range, he will not be attacking anything except adjacent figures, so why give him Melee Attack 2?
Gimli: You need to work on a hatchet-recovery mechanic for his special. something like this: Hatchet Throw Special Attack: Before the game, place a hatchet marker on this card. When using this ability, choose any figure within 4 clear sight spaces to attack. Place the hatchet marker on that figures base and roll 2 attack dice. When the figure is destroyed, place the hatchet marker on the space for recovery. Gimli must recover his Hatchet before he is able to use this special again. Any figure with the Hatchet throw ability may recover Gimli's hatchet. Edit: Call me when you get this messege and i'll see if i can come by and fiddle with them |

okay. Taking what you have and re-doing them, Here is what i have (keep in mind i have neither seen the movies nor read the books for LotR and never intend on it):
Aragon: 5 life 5 move 1 range 4 attack 4 defense 90 points Orc Slayer: When Aragon is battling an Orc, you may add 1 attack die to the attack. (stats are identical to finn except he has 1 more life, and a different ability. I say 1 life is about 10 points.) ______________________________________________________________________ _ Legolas 4 life 6 move 9 range 2 attack 3 defense 100 points Accuracy: When attacking, add one automatic skull to whatever is rolled. (stats are the same as syvarris; Legolis gets one automatic shield. syvarris attacks twice) ______________________________________________________________________ _ Frodo 4 life 4 move 1 range 2 attack 2 defense 80 points Stinger: If there is an order marker placed on Frodo, all opponents must show you all marker they have placed on an Orc army card. "The One" Ring: When Frodo uses this ability, he may not attack or be attacked. At the end of the round, you may choose to remove the ring. If you choose not to, frodo takes one wound. (having no small figure to base stats off of, froda was difficult. I don't think small figures should have more that 4 or so life, and shouldnt have average attack/defense/move. )_____________________________________________________________________ __ Gimli 4 life 4 move 1 range 3 attack 2 defense Orc Slayer: When Gimli is battling an Orc, you may add 1 attack die to the attack. I think Frodo's "The one Ring" ability should spesify it does NOT work on Ringwraiths. Good job though.
Geckos will win the battle of all time. |
