Backstab
If Deinos is attacking an opponent's figure and if the defending figure has no clear sight of Deinos, then every skull rolled counts as a additional hit.

Double Attack
When Deinos attacks, he may attack one additional time.

Poison Weapons
Each time Deinos attacks a Hero with a normal attack or a leaving engagement attack and inflicts at least 1 wound, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 1-11, nothing happens. If you roll a 12 or higher, add 1 additional wound to the defending figure.

How does Deinos' Double attack work? Does he have to attack the same opponent?
No, once Deinos attacks one opponent, you can choose any figure within range and attack again. The second figure can be the same figure you attacked the first time, or a different one.

Q. Poison Weapons vs. One-Shield Defense
Is a figure with OSD (Migol Ironwill or Crixus) subject to the Drow's Poison Weapons?
A. No. For a power like Crixus & Migol's One Shield Defense, if you inflicted at least 1 wound on the initial attack roll, that's the MOST you could hit them with. You can't inflict another wound. The only way units with OSD may be poisoned is a) if they fail to roll any shields, or b) on leaving engagement attacks.

Shield of the Ancients and Spear of Achilles are both pretty cool powers, but I have a few quibbles.

First: Shield of the Ancients will almost never come into effect. It only works when he rolls 2 shields (just under 30% of the time). And it only does anything against an attack of three or more skulls (12.5% of the time for the most common number of dice). So it only will come into play in about 3% of qualifying attacks.

Second: a spear is an unwieldy weapon. It's certainly not the type of weapon you could triple attack with.

I edited Spear of Achillies, so you can only ignore 2 shields, it might work great against figures with counterstrike.
The Shield of the Ancients is like Yi Feng's Iron Shirt Mastery.

Do I understand correctly that DM2 has a base attack of 2, and that if he is attacking a small or medium figure and rolls skulls on both dice, then the defending figure is destroyed?

The word is spelled "personnel," also. Everywhere you use it on this card.

I edited the last post, Mark 2 attack is 3 now and vaporization only works on squad figures.

I love the look of this miniature. It feels very much like an Einar SoulBorg.

As a quick note, you can drop the "This power does not work against other Samurai" from the end of his Counter Strike, since he isn't actually a Samurai himself. You can look at Charos (who also had the bit about Samurai removed) as an example.
