I think this solves the issue.

That makes it sound like each Unit gets to roll a number of times equal to the number of Units you control, as there isn’t really anything causing that ‘once per turn’ to effect other powers.

I’d do like ‘After rolling for the Human Resources special power with this Cyber Conversion Unit, you cannot roll for the Human Resources special power on any other Army Card in your army this player turn.’

Are we good here?

I honestly wouldn't be against a tweak to the Cybermen that let them move more figures than their squad to give them more of a swarm feel.

I haven’t had the time to transfer the photo files for the mod guide, but other than that it seems like we’re good.

I think I’ll throw the Cybers into some playtests to see how they feel and if they need a bump.

I think we know what they need. They're best with Iron Patriot which lets you move them all.
