Realistically it shouldn't matter since you're moving her next to the attacker either way. But if it's better rules-wise I can do it!

All looks good to me! Other than this in her first power: "receives one or more wounds or is destroyed from an opponent's attack"

Should be something like: "receives one or more wounds from or is destroyed by an opponent's attack"

Theoretically you could splice in commas, too: "receives one or more wounds from, or is destroyed by, an opponent's attack"

But I think that is reads fine without them.
