This is just a textual clarification of B, yes?

If so, I believe B has it easily and this looks like a good text update to make with it.
No it's not. This doesn't allow a figure to move after running into another figure because they can't legally occupy the next space. This allows movement after running into different terrain. So the bouncing off terrain still applies but not the bouncing off figures.

(I missed that Quozl had changed my original suggestion. His change is just the same as option B)

What I was offering was a third option in the poll. Only allow the "bounce" change of direction for when the figure runs into terrain.

If the figure is going off the map why should they get to bounce off the edge? If the figure runs into another figure it wouldn't be easy in space to pick another direction & move off that way to continue your movement so why allow it?

I'm hoping everyone can consider this option. Option C.

Bouncing off the edge of the map wasn't something I had considered. That does see a little odd that the whole map is inside a box, but stopping and not moving off the map also means the map is in a box, so I guess it is what it is.

Ok then. Since everybody likes bouncing off every thing it would read nicer if remove the A, B, C break-up of the wording. Something like:

I know there are a few more words but I believe it reads better.
