Instead of Mirror Master's move through attack phases, you may choose up to 2 adjacent figures. If choosing more than 1 figure, both must be allies in the Rogues faction. Place Mirror Master on any space within 8 spaces of his current placement, then place any chosen figures adjacent to him. These placements are unstoppable.

ROGUE RETREAT
Once per round, after combat in which Mirror Master or an adjacent Rogue ally defends, you may use Mirror Master’s Through The Mirror World ability.

LACK OF REFLECTIONS
If Mirror Master is on a shadow space, all other abilities on this card are negated.

REINFORCEMENTS ARRIVE: Sam Scudder became involved in crime at a young age. While incarcerated, he became obsessed with learning about and traveling into mirrors. Eventually succeeding, he used his mirror gun to create a new criminal persona, the Mirror Master. He joined up with the Rogues and hasn't looked back since.

I think the Unstoppable wording for the teleport is the big thing to figure out here. I don't believe anyone else in-process has that unless I'm missing someone.

Yeah, I don't see any other way to work unstoppable into the text. Could try to rewrite it as a special move action and see if that is something you want to do.

Yes. Mister Fantastic stops all movement, not just move actions or anything. And here's our definition of place:

Place: To place a figure is to move it by lifting it from the battlefield and setting it back down on the space designated by its placement. When an ability or rule calls for a figure to be placed, they do not take any swipes. Placing a figure is the same as moving that figure.

I think I'd restructure Through the Mirror World a bit.

I'd probably keep the first "up to" and then scrap then "You may" in the placement sentence. Since there's no reason to choose them if you're not going to place them, but deciding not to choose any should be an option.

Is it clear with that first may that both choices are optional rather than it being a choice between the two?

"Up to" just doesn't read right when it is less than 2. If we really want to get granular though we should go more like:

Instead of activating Mirror Master, you may either choose 1 adjacent figure or 2 adjacent figures if they are both allied figures in the Rogues faction.....

May either definitely reads like you have to choose between the two options if you want to use the ability.
