If he was a one-armed Major Q9, then he might.
But as he is a completely different hero, "Lefty" doesn't have the "Machine Pistol Special Attack".

I'm thinking of just attaching some sort of blade & giving him a "sweeping" special attack that affects all characters within three spaces of him, in all directions. And, of course, giving him a swanky new paintjob! (FLAMES!)
