Character Bio - Katie Power was born to Dr. James Power and Margaret Power. She was a founding member of the superhero team Power Pack. The youngest of the four Power siblings, she was 5 years old when she was given her powers by Aelfyre Whitemane, a dying Kymellian noble. Katie began her superhero career as Energizer. She could disintegrate any kind of matter, including water and air molecules, store the energy and expel it in balls of explosive energy. Katie's Energizer power was highly destructive, potentially lethal, and in various issues, was able to destroy buildings. Katie initially had little control over her power, and tended to use it when she was frightened or angry, but as the series progressed, she gained control over her abilities. (Wikipedia)

Disintegrate seems like it could use a little TLC in editing, but otherwise looks pretty good.

I'm wondering if you'd want to simplify this line a bit?

If you roll 12 or higher, the chosen Destructible Object receives 2 wounds and for the rest of this round, when Enegizer attacks, you may add attack dice equal to the number of wounds inflicted on the Destructible Object.

Could you just make this 2 extra attack dice?

GP beat me to it. Yeah, what options are there to add dice other than +2? Or did you want to add dice based on the total number of wounds on the DO's card?
My one concern is that she's going to be very limited on maps with no DOs. For me at this point in my gaming, that's most maps ...

It's gonna be like Superman's X-Ray vision, it's useful on some maps and totally a waste of space on others.

If it is just DO's maybe the roll could be lowered since it is such a niche power? Drop it down to 6-8 or something like that.

Or if it wasn't DO's only could it be a power similar to Mandarin's ring with the d20 roll? Too powerful for her?

The difference is that Superman's stats make him draftable without any powers at all, and he has four more useful powers on his card (SS, Flying, Man of Steel, and Heroic Duty).

Great direction with the interpretation of her power to HS. I would think that she didn't necessarily to be adjacent to the DO maybe within 4 clear sight spaces would be good & increase her usability.

You might want to just give her the defense value of the object for that turn. That would simplify the application of the power & add to her draftability on a map with DOs.

Honestly, I'm in favor of a lower boost, because if she's going to be paying for a power that she won't be able to use on a ton of maps, I'd prefer the cost of that power be lower, to keep her cost down and her draftability up.
As is, I'd say she's in the correct price range for an extremely niche figure, and based on the write up currently, I think she's closer to worth 30-40.

A Disintegrate power that I can't use most of the time......... :yawn:

If you can find a way to reinvent Disintegrate so that it is useful EVERY game, you will have earned my support and gratitude. As is, this is disappointing honestly.

Since she can Disintegrate stuff that is shot at her what about a d20 defensive power here instead? And just bumping her attack to 4.
