Firemaster, all are much improved. One last text thing:

This probably needs a "Roll each attack separately."

And finally, I'm veering into sheer opinion, but think about lowering the amount of disengage, and strong movement powers that fold in disengage, you're giving out. I think the game suffers when too many of the figures can do everything for themselves-- fight without help, move fast, and protect themselves. In my opinion, it would be better to lower the price/mobility of some of the big bruisers and write up another cheap teammate who helps mobility. Scale back on the disengage, offset with more price cuts, and offer a teammate with a Disengage Aura or something. Go for weaker but more easily boostable figures.

Well, to be fair, I have 10 customs there, and only 4 of them have some form of Disengage. In any case, I don't really see how I could much change them to be slower without taking away from their theme. I suppose I could reduce Nightcrawler's Move to 6 and make his teleportation only move 4 spaces and make Iceman's Ice Slide not have disengage, but I don't see what else I can do beyond that.

I was thinking it was 50%, counting Colossus' ability to yank a friend out of an engagement. You obviously like your mutants at a higher power level than I was picturing them, so maybe it'll work out. They're certainly much improved over the course of this thread alone.

I would say Colossus is like a half disengage, since he has to be adjacent to the figure, and he only has 4 move (possibly 6 depending on how he's moved).

I definately agree with you in that they have definately improved over the course of this thread. This is exactly why I had created this thread, since if I had made the cards first, I would have had to gone back and do a lot of work to change them.

All right, now what class and personality should they have? I know they are all going to be Mutants, but what beyond that?

I think X-Men who don't have a "real job" are vigilantes.

Colossus: Valiant Vigilante
Cyclops: Precise Vigilante
Wolverine: Fierce/Vicious Soldier (then Sabertooth can have the same personality)
Professor X: Wise Professor
Nightcrawler: Devout Vigilante
Rogue: Tricky Devourer
Beast: Wild Scientist/Professor
Iceman: Arrogant Student
Shadowcat: Tricky Student
Angel: Merciful Vigilante

I'm not really sure about vigilante and student. Depends on how old you want to portray them and whether vigilante is a "valuable" personality at your house.

I don't really like Vigilante for most of them. It fits for Angel, but I don't really picture ones like Colossus or Nightcrawler as one. Student probably fits Iceman and Shadowcat, but if I can figure out something else for them, I'd robably use it instead.

You could do something that relates to their position on the team, how you see them being used in-game. Scout, Leader, Point Man, Specialist? Regular, Teacher, or Volunteer for older leaders/faculty like Cyclops, then Rookie or Recruit for the kids at the school?

That sounds like an excellent idea. I think that is what I will do.

Or you could use "Adventurer" or "Crime Fighter", which are from the official cards.
