I had originally put 160 because he feels like half a Silver Surfer.

-2 Life
+1 Range (though his SA has -2 Range)
Same Attack (though his SA has -1 Attack)
-2 Defense
Weaker Flying
And the less useful Ice Resistance in place of Hyper Speed.

I can go with 160 as a starting place.
Any lingering concerns on this guy, or do you guys feel he's ready to move to playtesting?

Do we need to add a line at the end of Deep Freeze Special Attack in regards to other figures that will be considered Ice Resistant? As in, wouldn't we add a line to a Special Attack from Mr. Freeze or Captain Cold to show that it wouldn't affect Iceman the same as others because he's Ice Resistant?

Hmm ... I'm not sure. For a normal freeze power, I'd say "yes" right away. I'm imagining this power as literally coating someone in a thick coat of ice, which at the very least should slow someone like Captain Cold or Mr. Freeze down for a turn ...
Any ideas on how this might be handled in the text of the power, Hahma?

Since this attack would still slow down any opponent we shouldn't mess with the d20 roll for remove OM. But perhaps the potential cold damage an Ice Resistant opponent would take could be lessened by adding this line:

"Roll 1 less attack die when targeting a figure with Ice Resistance on their Army Card."

Or something thereabouts.

160 is a good starting point for him in cost, and I think that it will probably stay right there.

DEEP FREEZE SPECIAL ATTACK Range 4. Attack 5. If an opponent's Unique Hero receives at least one wound from Deep Freeze, roll the d20. If you roll 16 or higher, you may remove one unrevealed Order Marker at random from that Unique Hero's Army Card. When Iceman uses the Deep Freeze Special Attack to attack a figure with the Ice Resistant Special Power, roll one fewer attack die.

I'd rather add defense dice to the targeted figure to avoid the gray area of "special attacks never being modified," even though it's the attack that's modifying itself. However, if most people don't feel it will be a problem, I'll be happy with fewer attack dice.
