This may be an old thread, but that Rudolph bit is freaking hilarious!
Yeah, over on my customs thread, you'll see some cheaper treees I picked up at Big Lots. They are thinner of branch and poorly glued into solid wood bases. The ones you get over at Michael's are fuller and have better bases. Still, I got a great big pack of various sized trees for cheap.
