I don't have this one.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

This thread I haven't looked through thoroughly, but since this Glyph allows "move up to 3 spaces each. During this move, they will not take any leaving engagement attacks" like Shadow Strike, which was just changed to "move normally", was the intention on this card to also allow Batman the option of Grappling out of a Smoke Pellet cloud?

I believe we realized that it would have to say may move normally up to three spaces in order to allow the Bat-Grapple to activate.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

With a quick read through the thread, looks like the intent was to grapple after (Since it's thematic). But I couldn't tell if it was tested that way.

Also I ran the initial on this one, and that test wasn't linked in the OP, weird. Fixed now.

I will point out that adding in the normally on a Glyph that anyone can use would allow a lot of other characters to do funky tricks as well.

I don't think adding the 'normally' bit in here actually makes it work with Bat-Grapple anyway, at best it's super murky and confusing. Personally I'd just have this (and Shadow Strike, since I don't think the wording works there either) say like 'may move up to 3 spaces or move with the Bat-Grapple special power if they are equipped with a Glyph of Utility: Bat-Grapple' or something like that.
