If you control a unique hero (say, Mimring) and you mindshackle another Mimring, can you activate either from order markers on one army card, or must you put order markers on each army card separately for each Mimring?

Also, when making a leaving engagement attack, do Omnicron Snipers count a skull as two skulls?

When will we see the first Marvel expansion, are Marvel expansions going to be released in boosters (i.e. identical to regular Heroscape), if so how many figures can we expect in a booster pack (4, 5, 6) on average, and will they be sticking with the one villian to one hero dynamic or putting teams like the X-Men/Fantastic Four all together?
These are things I want to know, anyway. Not sure if he'd answer any of them.

No.
The card says "when rolling an attack," and the rules state that a figure rolls one unblockable attack die "to attack." I thought it was pretty clear, without rules lawyering, but I wanted to be sure. I guess the question does not quite fit the "give us news about new stuff" category anyway, so it probably won't be asked.
