Thematically or competitively? Hopefully you're not saying the former, since we started at 380! If it's the latter, I could see it, but that's what public playtesting is for. I won't be at all surprised if he drops 10 or so points out there.

Little of both, honestly. Thematically he strikes me as more of a ~330 guy than a ~350 guy, on par with a low-rent Green Lantern. But I suppose he compares pretty well to Ms. Marvel as well and she's at 350, so it's not too crazy.

Points-wise I think he's a bit high-variance with the Glyphs, but testing will show, definitely. Data's the only way to track the impact of that sort of thing.

I could see him going down a tad in playtesting, but I think you could thematically justify up to 400 if you wanted. He's the starting point for the Doctor Manhattan character after all. No omniscience, but he's got some killer atomic power.

Yeah, I almost wonder if he shouldn't have a tad lower stats (maybe -1 to either Attack or Defense) and get 4 glyphs. He does throw out a TON of radiation.

3 was the most I ever had come off the card, though, so 4 wouldn't really be used very often, IMO. I was toying with the idea of suggesting 6 Life for him in order to increase the chance of his glyphs coming out (due to him living longer), but he feels pretty nicely balanced where he's at.
