An additional source for the same figure is Incredible Hulk Gravity Feed #202 / Bruce Banner. Additionally, the set name for the already listed figure should be Incredible Hulk.

For PUNY HUMAN it does not say must or may switch the unengaged wounded Hulk with Bruce Banner. Is this a choice to use this power or must it be done every time the wounded Hulk figure finds itself Unengaged at the end of the round.

I believe it's a must (same as the other two abilities on the card).
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
