Army Test Map: Country Road Units: Blade (230), Sam (190) (420) vs 2x Lurker (50), 6x Roamer (120), 5x Walker (250) (420) Powers Used: Hunting Companion: Choose Blade – Used often for positioning Hunter’s Trap: 4 Demonic Precognition: 2 Demon Crossroad: 0 Damage from normal attacks: 1 This game was a joke. Extremely unfun for the undead as the Traps power completely destroyed the entire undead army while Blade used his multiple attacks to clean up. Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Blade 5/5 Life Remaining, Sam 4/4 Life Remaining

___________________________________________________________ Map: Country Road Units: Buffy (210), Sam (190) (400) vs Alfred (60), Batman (200), Robin (120) (380) Powers Used: Hunting Companion: Choose Buffy – Used often for positioning Hunter’s Trap: 5 Demonic Precognition: 7 Demon Crossroad: 0 Damage from normal attacks: 1 Batman made his Strike roll often and this kept the Slayers from gaining momentum, otherwise it was pretty close. Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Batman 1/4 Life Remaining, Robin 2/4 Life Remaining

Change of power HUNTER’S TRAPS Once per player turn, when an enemy figure moves onto or over a space within 3 spaces of Sam Winchester or his companion, you may immediately roll two one unblockable die against that figure. ___________________________________________________________ Map: Swamp Lab Units: Blade (230), Buffy (210), Cassie (110), Dean & Sam (400) (950) vs Brides of Dracula (110), Dracula (490), Silver Banshee (290), Vampire Minions (90), Spells (20) (1000) Powers Used: Hunting Companion: Choose Dean – Used often for positioning Hunter’s Trap: 3 Demonic Precognition: 7 Demon Crossroad: 0 Damage from normal attacks: 0 Dracula was quite underwhelming in this game for his 490 cost. This and the fact that the Slayers have the right tools for Undead meant this game was very one sided. Sam bonus shield was his only really useful contribution to this game with some use of Traps. Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Blade 3/5 Life Remaining, Cassie 4/4 Life Remaining, Dean 4/4 Life Remaining, Sam 2/4 Life Remaining.

___________________________________________________________ Map: Swamp Lab Units: Blade (230), Buffy (210), Dean & Sam (400) (840) vs Wrecking Crew (800) Powers Used: Hunting Companion: Choose Buffy – Used until she fell Hunter’s Trap: 3 Demonic Precognition: 5 Demon Crossroad: 1 Damage from normal attacks: 0 This was a tough fight for Sam and Dean where their partner/companions did not do most of the heavy lifting since there were no “monsters”. Buffy was taken out very quickly and Blade didn’t last much longer. Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Bulldozer 1/6 Life Remaining, Piledriver 6/6 Life Remaining, Thunderball 5/6 Life Remaining.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Sam is a little tougher to gauge then Dean. His Traps is better than Dean’s Arsenal and his shield bonus is better than Dean’s Colt SA, but Sam performed so much worse. I think it all comes down to a free move vs a free attack. Dean is seeing a change to reduce this free attack and I think I will offer an additional change to Traps too. |

Vote for public testing at 170 with this change
HUNTER’S TRAPS 13 When an enemy figure moves onto or over a space within 3 spaces of Sam Winchester or his companion, you may immediately roll the 20 sided die. If you roll 13 or higher, that figure must end it's movement and cannot move again for the remainder of the turn. |
