Re: The Book of Yondu - Breathing
Quote:
PIRATE CODE At the start of the game, you may choose a Unique Hero you control without the Super Strength special power. For the remainder of the game, that figure has the class of Pirate instead of what is listed on its card. If Yondu attacks and fails to inflict a wound during his turn, you must move an Order Marker from this card to the chosen figure's Army Card. After revealing an Order Marker on this card and taking a turn with Yondu, if he inflicted one or more wounds this turn, you may take an immediate turn with a Unique Pirate Hero or Common Pirate squad you control, and you may not take any additional turns with figures you control. YAKA ARROW CONTROL Yondu may attack non-adjacent figures while engaged and never takes falling damage. YAKA ARROW FRENZY Once per round, instead of attacking with Yondu, you may choose a figure within 4 spaces and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 10 or higher, inflict a wound on the chosen figure, then, you may choose a figure within 4 spaces of the space occupied by that figure that has not been chosen this round and roll again. You may continue to roll for Yaka Arrow Frenzy until you do not inflict a wound. Without a "may" in the Frenzy power, you'd be required to roll against your own figures in range. Unless that's what you want to happen. |

Re: The Book of Yondu - Vote for Final Editing
I think the reroll being tied to the result of the roll means you don’t need that last sentence and the card is tight for space.

M.O.D.O.K., Pinhead, Two-Face, Typhoid Mary, etc. Did anyone's test show how many wounds this hit for? Since the intent is for it to continue past the second roll if successful, my math brain is looking at possibilities of him daisy-chaining this all the way across the map. Would need proper figure placement, of course. But since he can hit his own figures with it, he could sac some of his own to extend the chain. EDIT: And since there's no max to the number of times it can be successful, watch out if you have a way to get him to an opponent's Start Zone in a hurry. Re: The Book of Yondu - Vote for Final Editing
You still need to specify "unrevealed OM" in Pirate Code unless you want Yondu able to move revealed OMs from his card.

Re: The Book of Yondu - Vote for Final Editing
Still looking for a few more votes to be able to move to final editing.
Yondu went 5-3 in playtesting, with a couple of big losses and 1 big win. No mechanical changes were made or recommended after playtesting, just some wording changes/additions for Pirate Code clarification. |

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
