Need Help Finding Japan Scapers

Well, its been a while since I have posted here, but Im allways reading up and playing.

Heres my situation. I am about to move over to Japan. I just got into heroscape this year, but I love it and there is no way Im giving it up. I have a few friends over here in the US I play with, but no of no one in Japan as of yet.

If Heroscape out in other countrys, or is it just in the US so far? If there any programs out there that can help me play over the net, such as a dice rolling program or a battle field program?

Im planing on introducing my friends over in Japan to Heroscape, and try and get a following going there, but if its not aviable in Japanese, that means I will have to spend a lot of time translating it into Japanese, then getting people to play.

On a positive note, since minis are big over there, I will have a lot of things to work with when making coustom figs.

I dont know about Japan but we have people from Germany, England, Canada and Australia running around here on the boards.
