I was told that Symbols and Keywords should be as they're written on the cards (not all caps). It's not consistent across the library.

Hmm I knew that for keywords but symbols were always Caps and on the cards they aren't spelled so I think either is fine. Looks like another research project!...at least this one doesn't need any Art updates

prefer the symbols to be all caps so I can transfer to wiki easier. But don't much care as it has zero impact on making cards. These are the kind of things that I will let others police.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Nope, and it doesn’t in 2.0 either. Placement powers ignore swipes by default.
