Dictatorbilbo's Mods and Repaints! NEW! Einar Kyrie!

Hello everybody! I'm relatively new to miniature painting and modifying, but, after seeing some of the amazing work on this site, I had to try!

I had some extra masterset figures (I had recieved them in an ebay lot that had contained some wave 3), and I decided to try and make some custom figures.

Here is the first one!

Emperor Tamago, Chosen of Einar!

His upper body is from an Izumi, his legs are from a viking, and his wings are from a heroclix hawkman. All I did was repaint his clothing, changing the red to yellow and making the white brighter.

Kyrie, Unique Hero, Samurai, Disciplined
Points: 150 pts
Life: 4
Movement: 6
Range: 1
Attack: 2
Defence: 6

Katana of Righteousness:
Whenever a defending figure rolls more shields than needed, the shields become automatic wounds on the defending figure.

Stealth Flying

Gift of the Emperor Aura
When you roll attack dice for any kyrie that you control who follows Einar and is within 5 clear sight spaced of Emperor Tamago, you may re-roll any dice that show shields. This ability may only be used once per attack. Gift of the Emperor Aura does not affect Emperor Tamago.

I already have some ideas for his card written down- I'm thinking a modified counterstrike, stealth flying, and possibly an imperium bonding/enhancment.

How about some ability that is a reverse counterstrike?

He could be wicked against big defense units!

Skillful Parry:
When Emperor Tamago is defending, any skulls he rolled may be used to attack an oponent immediatly after the opponents attack is resolved.

Coolest looking Kyrie yet. One of the best looking customs made so far. Bye-bye Q9! I don't quite get the wording of the skillful parry, though...

Instead of Parry, how about Vengeance?


Vengeance
When Emperor Tamago is attacked, you may take a vengeance marker and place it on the attacking unit's card, maximum of 1 marker. When Emperor Tamago attacks a unit that has a vengeance marker on it's card, you may add +1 to the normal attack value of Emperor Tamago. Begin the game with 3 vengeance markers on this card.
