Civ 5, anyone?
I'm just curious.
Who do you like playing as? For me, I'm one of four: Russia, Arabia, Japan and America. Sometimes I'll try out China just for fun. |

Re: Civ 5, anyone?
I HATE Civ V...
It's so diluted from the other games... It's like they got rid of lots of things, just to focus on the ****ty video at the beginning... (THAT YOU CAN'T SKIP!) |

Re: Civ 5, anyone?
Actually you can skip it, but it takes a while for the computer to register.
In my mind, I see Civ 5 as something better than Civ 4. Just my 2 cents...thanks for posting and welcome to Heroscapers! |

Heh - which wasn't as good as 3, which wasn't as good as 2. I dunno. I really, really want to like the newer Civs - but they just aren't as fun or as engaging for me.

Re: Civ 5, anyone?
I actually just recently started playing Fall from Heaven 2, the mod of civ 4. It's the first computer game I've really gotten into playing in the last 5 years or so. It's a very cool mod; it feels like the old Warlords games on steroids. The factions are EXTREMELY different - not just different advantages and a different unique unit, but fundamentally different styles of play.
