Thanks for this out with me guys. Learned a lot from all of this.
For example, if Hulk were equipped with a glyph, engaged with Abomination, and Abom deals no wounds, but successfully throws, Hulk would want to drop that glyph immediately, adjacent to Abom, so that next turn, he can move adjacent to Abom, re-equip and also attack.

If you were afraid that damage from the throw would knock the glyph away, sure, that's a viable tactic. The counter for Abom would be to throw Hulk into engagement with another of his figures.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
