The Book of Glyph of Utility: Bolas

In regards to making it offensive rather than defensive what about going with this?

EQUIPMENT GLYPH
Start the game with 3 black Bolas Markers on this card. After moving and before attacking, you may choose a small, medium, or large figure within 4 clear sight spaces. Roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 10 or higher, place a Bolas Marker on the chosen figure's card. If the chosen figure is a squad, destroy that figure and remove that Bolas marker from the game. A chosen figure that has a Bolas Marker on its card cannot move and must roll 1 fewer defense die. When the chosen figure receives a wound or is destroyed, remove that Bolas marker from the game. Instead of taking a turn, a figure may remove a Bolas Marker from its card.

Possibly lowering the roll as well to 7?

I'd increase the roll if anything. I think it's already possibly edging out some other Utility Glyphs from being usable.

Would Kraven be able to Bolas a figure that is already has a Bolas on them from this glyph?

I like the recent changes. This will be great for Batman. ( I have always found him underwhelming both versions 1.0 and 2.0)

2.0 was always intended to be expandable. Nice to see him continuing to be expanded. I have additional plans for that later this year (hopefully).

And, yes, I'd say the markers stack, but I think that's thematically appropriate.

I'm in the underwhelming camp as it pertains to Batman I and II. However, more glyphs will make II a lot better. I believe that's what Gutudak and myself plan on doing. Any points he gets will likely be going to more Utility Glyphs that we brainstorm together.
