When a special power tells you to move a figure, you should move that figure as if it was moving as it would on its turn, using its move number and using the normal movement rules of Heroscape.
I'd probably note that this is only when a number of spaces is not specified.

Also, just to be clear, the intention is that road bonuses and move glyphs apply, unlike normal movement bonding, right?
