OUT OF THE SHADOWS
Once per round, after revealing an Order Marker on this card and before taking a turn with the Foot Clan Ninja, one at a time roll a twenty sided die once for each Foot Clan Ninja figure no longer in play. On a roll of 9 or higher, return that figure into play by placing it on an empty shadow tile or within 3 spaces of another Foot Clan Ninja figure you control. When using Out of the Shadows, you may never add more Foot Soldiers to the battlefield than total figures that your enemy has left in its Army. Figures placed with this power may not be placed adjacent to an opponent's figure.

Then add an FAQ for playing against multiple enemies.

Qualizium just signed up to test the Foot. It is my fault that I didn't pull them from the play testing thread when I called for the Final Editing vote. I was partially waiting on the vote to pass, just in case it didn't. I think this might be his first play test sign up, and he seems pretty interested in the Turtles universe based on the current public design posts he has made, so do you think I should just let him test them anyways or tell him it is closed and see if he signs up to test something else?

I agree. Plus since we are pretty set his test won't hurt anything if we need to use it as a teaching moment for him. First test are scary for everyone so might as well make it something he's interested in.
