When does the gaze trigger? What does it mean to be paralyzed?

Gaze triggers at the beginning of melee combat. Any common squad
troop, (no heroes) that come into base to base contact must roll def
vs gaze and get at least one shield. If they fail, they lose a turn.

Only at the initial contact.

Im not very good at rule making so....

How about:
TENTOMUSHI GAZE
ANy common squad who enter engagement with Kensei Saint must simultaniously roll defence. If no shields are rolled, the squad (or squad figure whichever is prefered) does not act on their next turn.

I only ask, because after making my own Magic cards for years, I really like to get the wording right.

Made a couple changes in italics. Also, I would say squad, just to keep it in line with other abilities. And "does not act" I would think should be more like "If no shields are rolled, no order markers may be placed on that figure's army cards next turn."

How about that?

That works rather well. But then...no one will attack hand to
hand with kensei. They will attack at range...

Not that they wouldnt normally..

Right, I don't think they would anyway. Ecxept maybe to finish him off without as much of a drawback after he's been smacked around from range. But that's what you get when you have an ability like that

Cool! I'd say lower her base attack to 2 or 3 and lower the D20 roll to seduce giving her a greater roll range to seduce (I mean look at that outfit!).

17 to 20 is pretty good. I thought 15-20 but heroscape is full of creatures
who may not find Saryna that attractive. So she uses other means to
seduce them.

The image at the top is the logo for the Ladies Auxiliary. Its a busty
woman wearing a hat.

At least its supposed to be...

I like Sarnya Sen, but then I was always a Ne-Gok-Sa fan. A limited mind shackle that only lasts for two turns. The wording I think can be tweaked (refer to her as her and not it, instead of may go back to the original owner, make it a definate). Hidden blades is a good power and I think she is priced appropriately. Is there any limitations to the seduction? Humans? Males?
