It's not power creep to accurately represent a character's abilities rather than represent what someone who doesn't know the characters assumes their abilities to be.

IMHO attack value should be equivalent to [power of attack] * [chance of successful attack].

If Captain America is attacking you (in "real life"), he has a 99% hit rate and his attack power is 6.
If King Kong is trying to hit you (in "real life"), he has at 1% hit rate and his attack power is 600.
If Agent Carr is attacking you with range (in "real death"), he has a .0002% care about hitting you and an attack power of 10,000.

The first Marvel and DC releases had Spider-Man at 4 Attack, Batman at 5 Attack, Captain America at 6 Attack, and Superman at 7 Attack. The idea there's ever been any real consistency is a myth... but if it makes the game fun, who cares.



Love that figure suggestion by the way! I think the scale works fine for Kool-Aid Man, he's always been pretty flexible. Wasn't someone I'd ever bother to make a mod of but I'll keep an eye out for it on ebay...
