on a side note (not related to wotc vs hasbro), I think the real genious in profitability was the guy who came up with the idea that you need multiple common squads to be effective, so people were forced to get at least 3 of whatever squad they liked. I just wished they had advertised that you need multiples more, because many people (like me) favored diversity and only got 1x of everything they got

One more thing I just thought of when I was talking to a fellow scaper that WOTC failed on was that they made no Marro. I'd say the Marro have been the staple of the game, at least for the villains, so that in my opinion is a major point against WOTC.
