How to summon Scare Glow for the non-mystically inclined

The main figure used for this mod is Brothers Grimm #007 from the Invincible Iron Man set. The mod also uses the cape from Alan Scott Green Lantern's Origin figure and the scythe from Scarecrow's Harley Quinn and the Gotham Girls figure. But you could use capes and scythes from pretty much anything.

Is there a reason Mystic Summons is worded as an after moving but the other figure can’t attack that turn after Scare Glow is summoned? Why not just an instead of attacking with that MD figure? Am I missing an interaction?

Just kinda reads strange to me like there’s an interaction I’m missing, just wanted to be sure. Everything else looks awesome here.

It's worded that way because there's apparently no clear way to separate instead of doing the 'attack phase' or a single attack right now and I didn't feel like dealing with that.

So it's just a way to give up the 'attack phase' without having to wait for that to be sorted.
